I love this hardware store! I never have to wander around, looking for someone to help me and they have never once mansplained me. No question is too small or silly and they are just an absolute joy to do business with!

This is now a Hone Decor brand shop. The staff are awesome. Such a different vibe than the big hardware store chains. These people actually care about us and the work we will do. Very nice to live a few blocks away for when I need hardware or paint needs, convenient for sure!

So thankful there are some small hardware stores around. It really is night and day compared to the big box garbage stores. You walk in, they ask if you need anything, they help you out, and you're out the door. Always friendly and they always have whatever it is I'm looking for.

I've been here a dozen times since moving to Medford. Always helpful, always happy to a answer questions. Used them for screen repair and the price was fair and the quality good. They've earned my business and I stop by to order things rather than heading to the big box.

Hometown hardware store, with everything you'd expect from just that. Love that they hire local high school kids and teach them valuable life lessons! This place has been a Braintree staple forever!

I have always supported this business just as a random customer. We purchased a Weber grill from there a few years back. This past weekend we were having trouble with it. I called on Monday and spoke to Steve. He had his colleague come out to my house bright and early the next day to take a look. We just needed to have a connection tightened. Graciously…no charge! So happy to support local businesses that offer excellent customer service!!!

Exceptional customer service. Bought a portable air conditioner and before I could ask they brought it out to my car!
